I have been frequenting this vlog for about a year now and love it.  Thought of some of you girls when yesterdays vlog was on her THM egg roll in a bowl (remembered some of you saying you made this and her recipe is big enough for a big family or lots of leftovers.)  The vlog is The Encouraging Homeschool Mom, but it is about more than homeschooling and she has lots of recipes for you girls that love your slowcookers. ;)  Just thought I would share.  Her vlogs are so fun to watch and really ARE encouraging.  :)
