I've searched the archives but cant find a recipe for pizza crust. I make homemade pizza often but I just dont like the crust. Do any of you have a tried and true recipe for good dough? Would appreciate it. thanks!

I use the recipe from the Pizzazz pizza oven site. My mom bought us one a few years ago and we returned it, but loved the dough recipe so we make it into 2 large thin crust pizzas (also makes a good thick crust). Scroll past the Cajun Pizza recipe for the dough recipe:

I've used this one from All Recipes with great success:
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/quick-and-easy-pizza-crust/detail.aspx
And I've also used this recipe for not only tortillas, but also for pizza crusts. In fact, it's the one we're using for our taco pizzas tonight! (And no, this is not a shameless plug for my blog/site...different Mandy, just a coincidence on the name
!)
