Does anyone know or have where I can get meals for dinner with actually calorie counts
I don't want "diet" food but I'd like to know if the pasta I picked for dinner has 1500 calories in it if you know what I mean ;)
thanks

I don't know if the recipes on this site count as diet food. They seem low calorie, but if you are going by one serving probably not so much.

Also they have free sites where you have to join and you can type in your own recipes and it will give you a calorie count for that. I think one of them is called Calorie Count.

These seem good. I like her stuff though I use it more as encouragement more than directly following it. The individual meals aren't broken down but she has several days' worth of menus which might be helpful: http://skinnyms.com/5-daily-menus-how-ive-maintained-my-ideal-weight-for-5-years/

Oh, and if you go under menu planning on the Skinny Ms. site, she has various recipes and such, but specifically a section with 275 calorie meals.

Thanks

I think I misread earlier and gave you the opposite of what you want. :P Sorry about that.

This might be of some use to you also. It seems to have the calorie count of every food imaginable.
