Re-hydrating apples
«
on:

I have a lot of frozen, peeled and sliced apples in the freezer that I would like to dehydrate. I am wondering if they would still be usable for pies and/or other apple recipes once they are re-hydrated.
Thanks,
Ellen

I am not sure. I like to add cinnamon and sugar and eat like candy after dehydrated. I would think that if they held up to be dehydrated that would be fine
