***Chicken marsala. mashed potatoes and asparagus
***Crockpot Cheesy Ravioli and salad
***Ciabatta Sandwiches ( turkey, ham, Chicken breast, cheese sliced, lettuce and tomatoes) and kettle chips
***Hot dogs, Pasta salad
***Chicken gnocchi soup with fresh baked bread
***Turkey burgers with fried onions and homemade potato wedges
***Lasagna, garlic bread, green beans
For snacks this week I am making Banana snack cake, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins and Healthy Cookie/Bar.

This week will be nice and simple since Steven will be out of town on business from Tuesday to Saturday.
Monday March 2: teriyaki pork roast, mashed red potatoes, roasted broccoli, corn, fruit
Tuesday March 3: chinese chicken salad, fruit
Wednesday March 4: sandwiches, potato chips, fruit
Thursday March 5: hearty macaroni salad, fruit
Friday March 6: pita bread pizzas
Saturday March 7: chicken noodle soup, biscuits, fruit

March 9th-15th Meals. I shop on Thursdays so I have it done early.
Monday- Stromboli
Tuesday- Grilled Chicken thighs ( We really enjoyed them this week), Loaded mashed potatoes ( tried new this week and loved them) with green beans.
Wednesday- Imitation crab meat dipped in melted butter, Twice backed potatoes with Salad. ( It was a left over meal from last week).
Thursday- Skillet smoked sausage dinner, Homemade bread and veggie. ( Left over meal from last week).
Friday- Fried Ramen noodles and Egg drop soup.
Saturday- Either make a meal at home, left over meal or go out to eat for Rick's Birthday.
Sunday- Eating at the In laws house. Steaks, Taco salad ( I am bringing it), Jell-O salads, Baked potatoes and Punch bowl cake for Dessert. Yummy!!! Rick's Birthday Dinner with his Parents.

9--couscous stuffed apricot squash, green salad, fruit
10-grilled pork chops, baked potatoes, green beans, corn, fruit
11-stuffed shells, green salad, garlic bread
12-chipotle chicken fajitas, spanish rice, black beans, fruit
13-homemade Cafe Rio
14-baked potato cheddar cheese soup, french bread, green salad
15-cilantro tomato bruschetta, potluck sausage stuffed mushrooms, tomato focaccia, spinach dip, brownies (My daughter is the weekend cook and this is what she decided. I think it's a strange mix but it's her decision.)
16-sweet n sour meatballs, rice, green beans, fruit
17- (St. Patrick's Day) shepherd's pie, irish soda bread, rainbow fruit plate, shamrock shakes, leprechaun pie
18-teriyaki pulled pork sandwiches, potato fingers, coleslaw, fruit
19-chicken pepper stir fry, rice, fruit
20-spaghetti with bolognese sauce, green salad, garlic bread
21-pizza
22-spinach manicotti, salad, french bread, lemon cream puffs

24-apricot pork roast, rice pilaf, roasted asparagus, roasted carrots, fruit
25-we have a birthday! so we may eat out or have something of the birthday child's choosing
26-parmesan chicken, roasted red potatoes, roasted broccoli, caesar salad
27-shredded beef sandwiches, potato salad, fruit salad
28-having a get together with several other families so will decide together what to do
29-beef potpie, salad, fruit pizza
30-spaghetti with marinara sauce, green salad, garlic bread

That is an amazing menu list, Merilee! :) I don't think I could even come up with a menu that good for a month, much less stick to it. :)

It took awhile for me to get used to writing out a month's menu. Luckily I don't have picky eaters or special dietary needs so that helps a lot. And I like to cook so I have a huge resource of recipes.
I also keep in mind that this menu is not carved in stone so I can switch things around if I want to, and yes, sometimes I just don't feel like cooking and we go out. :)
My daughter Christie is going to do the weekend cooking so I hope that helps me keep from feeling a bit burned out. So I'm hoping the only "eating out" we do will be the pizzas for her birthday party on the 21st.
We'll see what happens!
