Happy Friday!
I am so ready for a weekend. It's been a very long, difficult, and busy week. Not sure if a weekend will change anything in terms of slowing down but at least I'll be home.
We are rather dry in my part of West Michigan although just a few miles north of us the rain was so heavy that there was flooding and we had only sprinkles. How interesting what just a few miles makes! We aren't expected to get much rain for a week and probably even longer and our lawns and gardens need it desperately.
It has been hot and humid so meal planning is something on the easy side. Nobody feels like eating much of anything and I surely don't feel like making anything. And this why the fridge is empty--we just keep getting the easy stuff. I really need to go get some stuff but I have no idea what to get.
