Hi Ladies!
Better late than never, eh?
My days have been a little erratic as of late, so I haven't been around much. I feel like since I don't have a paying JOB, that I am at the whim or will of everyone else's needs or ideas. Most of the time it is fine, and I'm more than happy to do whatever everybody else needs, but sometimes it just gets to be too much.
Yesterday I had plans, and those went out the window because hubs needed me to go to another town for a couple things. Not that big of a deal, but it just messes up your mind for what you had a plan for.
Today I got myself together and had to run a few errands. We are celebrating our middle son's birthday tomorrow, so I needed to pick up a couple of gifts for him. I didn't make a list, so I forgot a couple things I needed to pick up while I was out. Frustrating! I'm just scattered with making a plan.
Had to run down to our arena to pick up some concert tickets for part of son's gift. I didn't realize that one of the local colleges was having graduation there later today. Not a big deal, but kind of tricky getting in and out of that area when I was there. I would prefer to buy the tickets on-line, but I can't pay all the service fees when I know that I could just drive 10 minutes and save all that money. It is crazy what they charge to buy on-line!
I wanted to run to Kohl's or TJ Maxx or something to see if I could find something to wear out tomorrow night, but I ended up just not feeling like going to look by the time I had run my other errands. So, now my options are to go in the morning, or find something I already have. I am thinking option number 2!! I really need a few new tops for the Spring/Summer season at least. I just don't really enjoy shopping that much anymore. I also need a dress that I can wear to commencement and to my friend's daughter's wedding. Maybe I will run to the outlet mall next week and see what I can find.
Tonight is a chill out kind of night, tomorrow night is out with son & his fiancee for dinner and a concert, and Sunday we are going to dinner to celebrate a couple of friends' birthdays. Semi busy weekend, but not too bad over all.
Hope you all have a wonderful rest of your day, and a great weekend!
Pam
