I slacked and did not put any of my may menu's? 

Menu for May 26th-June1st-

 

Monday-

Eating with the in laws and having rock Cornish hens, potato salad ( I am bringing), Bacon ranch pasta salad ( I am bringing), Deviled eggs ( I am bringing), jello salad and dessert ( Not sure what it is?)

 

Tuesday-

Grilled Chicken ( Left over KFC chicken), Rice or pasta, Steamed broccoli.

 

Wednesday-

Green Chili Enchilada's ( New recipe). Top them with lettuce, salsa and sour cream, Corn.

 

Thursday-

Homemade Subs (Using fresh buns MIL gave us), Bologna, Ham ( What I have in the freezer) with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and so on. Chips.

 

Friday-

Baked ziti ( New recipe), Green beans.

 

Saturday-

Grilled Burgers, Macaroni and cheese ( Homemade), Corn on the cob.

 

Sunday-

Sautéed Chicken breasts in a lemon sauce with mashed potatoes and veggie or pick that day.

Yes to this! I am going to work on my June menus to keep the grocery budget under better control.
