There seems to be a "new" way of cooking (at least I had never heard of it) called Dump cooking. I found a lot of recipes for Dump Chicken. There were a lot of different marinades to try and I used one called garlic lemon chicken. You are supposed to put the marinade in a zipper bag with the meat and then freeze it. I took a frozen breast with rib meat out to thaw in the fridge but added the marinade to it while it was thawing. I just baked it for 45 min to one hour and I have to say it was a very good recipe. I look forward to trying some of the other recipes.

I have marinaded foods before but I like the range of flavors these offer. The concept isn't really new but the name is new.

For my garlic lemon chicken dinner I only used one very large breast with the rib meat (for the two of us), I also roasted butternut squash and made some garlic parmesan orzo and it was a very good dinner that we both enjoyed.
