We had rain through the night again. Not really sure how much rain we had as it said 5" That isnt right. 1 neighbor had .80 and the other had .40 and we are right in between them they are each 5 miles away. 1 neighbor to our south had 2" so spotty this year. So instead of branding at 8 we are branding at 1 to let it dry out a little. So the menu is 3 roasts cooked on smoker with mushrooms that I will warm up along with sloppy joes in freezer. I made buns last night. taco salad, deviled eggs, rhubarb cake, cucumber/tomatoe pasta salad, scalloped corn. I will keep making things throughout the day. Crop lady comes at 2 today instead of yesterday so I will take her around so I kinda need to be organized. I want to get some pics of the branding today also. I need to pickup the front of my house and take stuff back down to shop where it belongs and pull weeds
