LOL, My son has been asking me to make stromboli (I am not sure why.. he has never had it) but I would love the recipe too!

Here's an idea, Erica.  Since you'll be making them anyway, why not just whip up 10-12 extra and send them over to this culinarily challenged chick! LOL ;) :)  I think I made up a new word there. :D

LOL!

Maleesa, your menu looks good!  I'm mainly eating from our freezer too but I've not been very creative lately.

OK, I am going to give the menu thing a whirl from Feb. 23- March 1.  No particular order, because that would be just WAY too much organization. ;)

Homemade pizza and green beans

Creamy squash soup and grilled cheese sandwiches

Chicken, kale, and cheese wraps and sweet peas

Lasagna, mixed vegetables and salad

French chicken, baked potatoes and salad

Baked spaghetti. homemade bread and salad

Roast or steaks, cooked carrots, seasoned rice

Now, we will just have to see how well I stick to this.  If I can plan a week at a time and stick to it, I'll be happy with that! :)

Maleesa, are you using the famous Duggar tator tot casserole recipe by chance?

I do sorta? I do a pound of burger cooked with onion, Celery ( stuff left from cleaning celery top and diced it up and throw it in the freezer. So when I need celery I have it) and some green pepper. Pepper, season salt and garlic powder. Then drain add in 1 can of each cream of chicken soup & cream of mushroom soup and instead of a can of evaporated milk I do a can of what ever milk I have and mix it up and put over the meat mixture in a cake pan. Top it with a 32 oz. bag of tator tots and bake 350 for 1 hour. If I have mushrooms that need to be used up I also diced them up small and cook with the burger and the kids never know there in there ;)
