How does your family eat fish?
My DH fishes frequently since we live so close to a lake that we could eat fish once or twice a week but I cant eat it fried and he likes breading on it. I bought some Zatarians breading bc the box said you could bake it but they were both Tooo spicy to eat. Any suggestions.

Could you just do it like oven-baked chicken? Dip in egg or melted butter, then flour seasoned with whatever you like (I use garlic, paprika, salt and pepper). Or else in panko for extra crunch?

Thanks that's what I was thinking I will try tonight, just use stuff in the house so I don't have to buy anything specific.
