Good morning!

The sun's shining, the weather is warm for this time of year, and it's a beautiful day!  It's so nice to see the sun again.  We've not had many sunny days at all this month so this is a welcome sight.

I've been working to organize and purge some things from our house.  I think I may finally have it down to a manageable level.   I am still working on one particularly problem area, just not sure what I want to do there but it'll fall into place, hopefully.  I'm having trouble figuring out where to store large items that are not used on a daily basis, such as canners, stock pots, roaster oven, etc.

Well, I'm off to read a bit.  Hope everyone has a great day!

Good afternoon,
   I just barely missed morning. LOL It is another beautiful day with the sun shining, 53*, and light winds. Buddy and I are going for a walk in a bit.  I about froze yesterday on our walk. Although it was in the 50s, the wind was horrible. I did not dress warm enough.  So today I will probably dress too warm. LOL
   Why is it that Kevin and I both make decisions to change our diet right after stocking up on groceries?    It always seems to happen that way. I just stocked up on lots of gluten free groceries Friday. Today Kevin told me he wants to go grain free for a while. LOL Not paleo because we both see no harm in legumes, but no grains. I am not sure he will stick with it for long, so I will hold on to things for a while. I am thinking about joining him. I don't usually eat many grains anyway. Not sure, though, because I sure would miss my steel cut oats.
