We normally do a "breakfast for supper" night on Mondays. I need an easy night after the weekends. Lol
I'm thinking we'll do omelets tonight. Lainey loves them and I have a few things she can choose from for her "middle". I have just a few small pieces of l/o hamburger steak from yesterday. Wonder how that would be as a stuffing for an omelet? Lol. Meat....gravy....eggs....sounds pretty good to me.

Beth ~ sounds yummy to me too
It's Superman's birthday so it's full on cooking today:
cake
banana bread - I need to use the banana's and I'll be baking a cake anyways
for dinner:
pasta fagoli soup
lasagna
chicken Alfredo lasagna rollups
and possibly salad - I don't have any and I have no car today so perhaps if I ride my bike 5 miles one way we may - if not then not salad
we will see
cake and icecream for dessert

I've got leek soup on the menu for tonight, but after I clean out the fridge today, I may change my mind to leftovers.
