I'll be honest though--I'm looking forward to Christmas this year. I didn't do so many things last year (baking, Christmas cards, etc.). I really missed those things, so I'm looking forward to Christmas 2015! :)

I have started my shopping and have, amazingly, almost finished it. I do have some vanilla extract to make for gifts and some bows to make my nieces. But I'm pretty much through. Gosh that feels good to type.

we're going on vacation in December.. weirdest and worst time ever to go on vacation! Or.. maybe its the best ;)

I made my first Christmas purchase recently. I found a vtech cube toy for 10 bucks at a yard sale. It was in pristine condition and it retails for 50 so I was pretty excited. It will be for the baby boys.

I've picked up a couple of things already. I seem more busy in the summer when I'm off then when I'm working lol.
I want to make my bf a quilt to cover up when on the couch. When he's been getting rid of worn out favorite clothing I've offered to throw it in the bin on my way by when I walk home. LOL little does he know I take them home and hope to use them in the quilt. Thought it would have more meaning then ;)

I am really looking forward to Christmas this year too! I was working full time last year and I felt like I didn't have enjoy time to enjoy this season :(.
I haven't started any shopping yet. But I have a few ideas at least!

I am so excited about Christmas. My precious DiL asked if they (son and her) can stay the night and have a Christmas morning. Her family is a bit different than ours in celebrating (her mom is one of my bestest friends), and she wants a traditional open presents fun Christmas morning. We always have pj's for Christmas eve and a fun snack...so I am making matching pjs starting next week for the whole gang! woo hoo I can't wait to hang her stocking. She has never had one!
