I guess I should have titled it recipes using broccoli ;).
We have a LOT of broccoli in our garden and I need to cut it all as soon as possible. I am looking for ideas on ways to use it.
Some ways I've used it lately are in stir-fry, fajitas, salads, fresh dipped in ranch dressing, and soups. Anybody have more ways to use broccoli? Casserole ideas would be perfect.

Cheryl, my grandmother used to make this incredibly yummy broccoli and chicken casserole. Wish I still had the recipe for it. Might try allrecipes.com and see if they have a good one for it.

I love a good cheesy chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole and recently found a new favorite. Will PM you a recipe if you'd like, Cheryl. It was in a (paid) recent whole food freezer cooking class I took and she specifically said it was okay to share a recipe or two with a friend but not to share widely--or else I'd put it here.

I like broccoli cheese soup in the crockpot. :)

A side dish that my family has really liked lately is:

Cheryl, we really like this recipe for chicken and bow tie pasta. It's delicious. I substitute broccoli for the peas:

I also make large batches of chicken and rice stir fry with broccoli, onion, and any other vegetables, and divide into smaller portions and freeze.

I would parboil and flash freeze them so you can have fresh broccoli at a later date!
But I do love a good cheese broccoli soup!
