I just recently purchased a foodsaver and was wondering if any of you do any dry canning and if so what kinds of foods do you can? I was going to start with some dried beans and popcorn, but I had read something about how the fat and moisture content of foods plays a part in whether or not they can be dry canned? So what about something like organic chocolate chips?
