Our weather is supposed to turn cold this weekend so I've picked the last of my green tomatoes.  I'm in search of some good recipes to use these.  Do you have any favorites?

Cheryl, I wish I could offer some ideas, but if I picked a green tomato in the first place, it would only be because I am color blind.......picked by accident.  ;) LOL

Im not much help either. What I do is pick all my green tomatoes than let them ripen up.  You could still have a fresh tomato by thanksgiving. I then can them like I normally would as red tomatoes

Janice - I've kept some of the bigger ones back to let ripen.  I think I'm going to make a relish with the others.
