so with 56 days till Christmas ~ you can all slap me later ;) I am not sure I am any further ahead then I was before.
I did buy 2 presents on vacation:
I got my daughter a bracelet from the Colosseum in Rome - it's very cool
I got Jay's grandmother a rosary from the Vatican blessed already
so I am ahead by 2 ;D ;D ;D
And after that I got nothing ;) I am hoping to buy a couple things a week starting this Friday - I just need to make a plan - like now ;)

and to make myself feel worse i decided to count the Friday's till Christmas

Thanks for the reminder lol. No its ok I'm not doing too bad, I need to take inventory as well. I know I have a few Lego sets and I picked up a etch a sketch this weekend from a online sale bc it came with 30 plastic Maze type games that go on top of the screed I had never seen those before she said they were in a cabinet for years and look brand new so win for me. I also picked up the little house on the Prarie box set and when I met the lady she said she was including 10 postcards that she got somewhere that has all the people pictures of when they were younger, middle age and older. They are really neat I think I will look at a thrift store for a frame to put them in for DD to go with the books as a present.

Yesterday the Toys R Us big gift idea book (or whatever they call it) came in my mailbox.
I thought "oh good, Oct. 28th ... this is here just in time!" LOL! It went directly in the trash!
(my kids are all grown, so trash in, trash out!)
I actually picked up a couple of gifts yesterday while I was out picking up birthday goodies for my son
and my hubby. I also have a couple of ideas for a few people, so I will consider that progress.
I really need some time to reflect and come up with ideas. (gotta start somewhere)!
On a side note, I saw that at Michael's Arts & Crafts they are going to have those decorative photo boxes
7 for $10 on Friday only. I am going to pick up some, and do who knows what with them!
