Logging out--when not wanted

I have been logging in with "forever" as the time so that I don't have to log in each time I visit.  But every time, when I come back (even just clicking to another page then coming right back) I am logged out.  Am I missing something?

That is weird.  I logged in the first time and used "forever" and have never been logged out.  Hopefully, Shelly can help you.

Hmm that's strange.  It keeps me logged in.  I'll see what Trev thinks might fix that.

I think I told firefox to remember my password too when I logged in forever.

I've noticed that if I clear History on my computer, is will log me out of anything I'd been logged into.
Sorry if this is an obvious thing to some, I just discovered it recently.

Trev said it sounds like a cookie issue.  Do you have your browser deleting cookies frequently?

I'm not sure but will ask Earl to check.  Things like fb or the Homemakers Homestead forum keep me signed in...this is the only one where I've had trouble.

Well, I figured this out, sort of.  When I come to the page, it shows me as not signed in, but if I click on a post or user, it switches to showing me as signed in without me signing in.  Makes no sense but at least it works!  :)

So I updated our iPad to the new iOS version or whatever it is and now I don't stay logged in on here or Facebook.  Grrr!  I have been trying to figure out what the bug is and how to fix it but haven't found anything yet.
