January Menus

I have been working on my January menu and thought I'd post them.  I have the first 2 weeks decided.

Jan 1~pork loin, black eyed peas, collard greens, cornbread
Jan 2~Pizza
Jan 3~Chili
Jan 4~Turkey pot pie with l/o Thanksgiving turkey
Jan 5~Some type of breakfast foods for supper
Jan 6~Pork fried rice with l/o pork from Jan 1
Jan 7~Sausage Kale soup
Jan 8~Hot dogs with homemade mac and cheese
Jan 9~Pizza
Jan 10~Spaghetti
Jan 11~Deer Loin with roasted veggies
Jan 12~Breakfast for supper
Jan 13~Pintos
Jan 14~Chicken soup with rice
Jan 15~Bean bowls with l/o pintos and rice
Jan 16~Pizza

I've just got this week so far, but here it is!

M- Lasagna
T- Black Bean Burgers
W- Cheeseburger Soup (though we may be going to a friend's house)
Th- Black Eyed Peas (made into soup)
F- Sticky Chicken Fingers
Sa- Tacos
Su- Chili

1 - cowboy Caviar, tortilla chips
2 - pizza, salad
3 - bacon cheeseburgers
4 - cube steak, mashed potatoes, squash casserole
5 - salmon patties, steamed veggies
6 - pork chops, green beans
7 - chili
8 - kielbasa and cabbage
9 - pizza, salad
10 - Philly cheesesteak sandwiches
11 - crock pot roast, okra, potatoes
12 - grilled steaks, steamed veggies, baked potatoes
13 - ham and cheese hoagies
14- buffalo chicken, cauliflower
15 - pintos, cornbread
16 - pizza
17 - taco salad
18 - barbecued pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans
19 - leftovers
20 - roast chicken, squash fritters, potatoes
21 - beef short ribs, broccoli
22 - crock pot salsa chicken
23 - pizza
24 - breakfast for supper
25 - Turkey, green beans, corn, rolls
26 - leftovers
27 - spaghetti, salad, garlic bread
28 - oven baked chicken fajitas
29 - meatloaf, potatoes, green beans
30 - pizza
31 - hot dogs, baked beans

I believe this will use up all the meat I have in my freezer.

Here is this weeks menu.

Monday-

Baked Tacos

Tuesday-

Chicken rice with chicken, some kind of veggie.

Wednesday-

Homemade Salisbury steak in gravy, Mashed potatoes and peas.

Thursday-

Cheese and summer sausage,Mini meatball sliders,Salsa with chips,Guacamole with chips,Pizza dip.

Friday-

Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans and garlic toast.

Saturday-

Lobster rolls, steak fries.

Sunday-

Fried spam, Pancakes with chocolate chips and warm syrup.

I really need to do menus but Zachary has such weird schedules sometimes it's just me so  ;D I'll have to think on this and maybe I can tweak them somehow to work when he's not here.

Monday-

Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and peas

Tuesday-

Spaghetti with meatballs and Texas toast

Wednesday-

Potato soup

Thursday-

Baked chicken legs, Boiled potatoes and corn.

Friday-

Scallop potatoes w/spam and green beans.

Saturday-

Chicken salad sandwiches and chips.

Sunday-

Left overs or pick that day.

Menu for this next week

 

S-Homemade Chicken noodle soup

M- Giardino Minestrone Soup

T-Italian sausage pizza & Pizza Margherita pizza Both homemade

W-Pork chops Alla Salvia with Rosemary potatoes

T- Meat balls and Sauce with Cheese Ravioli with sauce on the side

F- Italian Chicken Stir Fry

S-Rustic Lentil Soup

 

We will have salad or hummus with pretzels with every meal. It is something new we are trying out to try to keep us from huge main meal items and eat more healthy.

Menu for this week ( Jan 26-Feb 1)

M-Grilled Chicken thighs and legs, Chicken rice and peas
T-Creamy Dill potato soup
W-Pork Chops in gravy, Mashed potatoes and green beans
TH-Nachos layered in the oven
F-Homemade pizza's, Carrots & Celery with homemade dill dip
S-Spaghetti with meatballs, Garlic toast and green beans
SU-Appetizers- Pizza rolls 2 kinds, Mozzarella cheese sticks with homemade marinara sauce to dip them in, Cheese sliced with rolled large pieces of pepperoni, Carrots & Celery with Homemade dill dip.

M- Chili
T- Fish Sticks (Collard Greens; Green Beans)
W- Tacos
R- Crock*Pot Buffalo Chicken Lasagna
F- Leftovers (Jean out)
Sa- Leftovers (Jean out, and we'll be having a big lunch after a family funeral)
Su- Homemade pizza, grocery store fried chicken, baked 'fried' pickles (Super Bowl Sunday!)
