"Broken" milk
« on: March 11, 2015, 11:19:43 AM »
I have a container of whole milk that has been opened and in my fridge for awhile.  It's "broken"--looks like the solids have separated from the whey.  It's got a slight sour smell.  Can I still use it for something like ricotta cheese that will be mixed with other flavors?
