Oh good Janice, that isn't much more difficult than baking sweet potatoes.
I think I will leave out the brown sugar, but that is simple and I need simple. That is good enough for me and any of the kids would eat that. Once more of it comes in, I will use your freezer method. Easier than I thought it would be.
In the bowls by my mixer is the oldest eight's lunch one day of butternut squash soup with added pasta, peas, green beans and corn. Fills them up on a cold day.
