Hello!  It feels a little strange to be making a menu after 5 days of not cooking!  We were at a family reunion in Colorado and two other families were in charge of the planning.  So while we did have "home cooked" meals, much of the food was prepared ahead of time and then simply warmed up.

So, back in the saddle!  We're going heavy on the grilling because it's getting HOT here.

Monday 29th: grilled polish dogs, potato salad, green salad, fruit
Tuesday 30th: fiesta lime chicken (grilled), lime cilantro rice, black beans, fruit
Wednesday 1st: tacos, refried beans, fruit
Thursday 2nd: grilled pork chops, coleslaw, grilled biscuits, fruit
Friday 3rd: honey mustard grilled chicken, rice pilaf, green salad, fruit
Saturday 4th: HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!  Brazilian grilled steak, grilled potatoes & onions, corn on the cob, watermelon, RWB shortcake (shortcake with strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream)
Sunday 5th: teriyaki pork roast (crockpot), mashed potatoes, green beans, corn on the cob, fruit
Monday 6th: greek yogurt chicken salad sandwiches, strawberry spinach salad
Tuesday 7th: spicy zucchini quesadillas, green salad, fruit
Wednesday 8th: shredded beef sandwiches (crockpot), potato chips, veggie sticks/dip, fruit
Thursday 9th: chicken fajitas, green chili rice, refried beans, fruit
Friday 10th: pizza on the grill
Saturday 11th: grilled brats, potato salad, fruit
Sunday 12th: spaghetti, green salad.

That's as far as I've gotten.  My goal is to not use my oven at all and my stove as little as possible.

Wow! Everyone's menus look great! I try to stick to a meal plan, but get sidetracked so easily. But reading this thread always gets me motivated again! Thanks for sharing your menu plans.

Maleesa: Are you finding fresh MI sweet corn in your area?
Wondering if I should be watching for roadside stands soon.
I think you live a little north of me.
