hot peppers
« on: September 23, 2013, 07:58:48 PM »
Ladies,
Did you all know that little bitty tiny anaheim peppers carry quite a whollop? Yikes. I put 3 of these in my roaster full of tomato sauce. I can eat it but it is a bit warmer than I usually eat. Wow! Those peppers are something else. They were only the size of a golf ball and I took the seeds out, thank goodness!  :o So glad I put gloves on to chop just these 3 peppers.  ::) Whew! I probably will never use these again. Don threw them in with the tomatoes he gave me, so I decided to use a few of them. The rest will go in the freezer and Kevin can use them if he wants. LOL

Blessings,

I like hot peppers but can only take a little of the heat.  We grow some every year for "medicinal" purposes.  Eat these when you're feeling stuffy and they'll open you up in no time! ;D
