I'm posting this early so I don't forget.
I plan to scrub, descale and disinfect my kitchen sink and counters and scrub out the microwave and stove. It's time for the mice to start trying to come in and I've already seen one and suspect another. While our house was sitting empty, we got a mice infestation and when we moved back last fall, it was awful. I couldn't go 20 minutes without seeing one. They were pretty much all gone by early spring, but I want to discourage any new ones coming back in this year. Scrubbing these surfaces will be my first line of defense. Phase 2 tomorrow.
