I've gotten pretty good at the monthly menu planning so here's our meals for the month:
3: stuffed shells, green salad, garlic bread, fruit
4: tacos, refried beans, fruit
5: chicken pepper stir fry, rice, green salad, fruit
6: spaghetti squash with marinara sauce, green salad, garlic bread, fruit
7: pork pot pie, green salad, fruit
8: beef enchiladas, spanish rice, refried beans, pumpkin pecan cobbler
9. chicken stroganoff, noodles, green salad, fruit
10: pork chops, roasted butternut squash, steamed cabbage, fruit
11: vegetable pie, fruit
12: beef stew, biscuits, green salad
13: church dinner (will contribute something, don't know what yet)
14: chicken fingers, potato fingers, green salad, fruit
15: ham with raisin sauce, au gratin potatoes, green beans, fruit/jello salad, pumpkin roll
16: sweet n sour meatballs, rice, green salad, fruit
17: roast chicken, mashed butternut squash, green bean casserole, biscuits, fruit
18: spaghetti, green salad, garlic breadsticks
19: Early Thanksgiving! Turkey and all the trimmings!
20: hobo meatball stew, biscuits, fruit
21: Going to a wedding for the afternoon so will pack sandwiches, etc. for the kids while we're at the wedding dinner.
22: pork roast, baked potatoes, roasted broccoli & garlic, fruit, pumpkin pie squares
23: lasagna, green salad, garlic bread
24: chicken noodle soup, biscuits, fruit
25: Eating light because it's the day before Thanksgiving! Sandwiches, chips, veggie sticks/dip, fruit
26: THANKSGIVING! Will contribute something to the meal
27: Ravioli, green salad, garlic bread.
28: MY BIRTHDAY!! Homemade Cafe Rio
29: manicotti, green salad, garlic bread
30: meatloaf, mac and cheese, green salad, fruit
