Breakfast potluck

My hubs has a breakfast potluck tomorrow at work. Any suggestions for something yummy (and easy) to make?

I'm making one of these Blueberry Croissant deals for our brunch tomorrow.  I've made it once before (last year's brunch, maybe?), and it was and good!
