Sorry!  Just seeing this.  Both are Pinterest recipes (of course), that I adapt to work with our tastes.

Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

I got the idea from this recipe, but I basically just layer wing sauce (we like Sweet Baby Ray's), lasagna noodles, cooked chicken, and a cheese mixture (mix together: cottage or ricotta, grated parmesan, mozzarella or cheddar, and blue cheese crumbles) in the Crock*Pot.

Crock*Pot Steak Soup

This is our new favorite, and I'm making it nearly once a week!  I just sue whatever steak/beef cut I have in the freezer or is on sale at the time.  Also, instead of using egg noodles, I add tortellini noodles to get that little hit of cheese :)

Enjoy!  I will also write these out in the recipe section.

Mandy,

Do you skip the red sauce then? The actual recipe shows the red sauce but you don't describe yours with it so I'm guessing your variation doesn't contain it.

Correct!  I don't use it. Just the wing sauce and cheeses.  If it seems like it needs more liquid other than the bit of water added at the end, I will sometimes thin the cheese mixture with some blue cheese salad dressing. :)
