Monday-

We had grilled pork chops, Potato packets on the grill.

Tuesday-

We had Farm house casserole, Garlic toasts with roasted red pepper spread, corn and natural olives.

Wednesday-

Homemade Chicken noodle soup, KFC biscuits with honey.

Thursday-

Hamburgers on the grill, Onion rings and French fries.

Friday-

Homemade pizza's.

Saturday-

Pork baby back spare ribs on the grill, Mashed potatoes, Corn.

Sunday-

We always decide that day.

*sigh*...remember when I used to kill it with menu planning, and my months would be planned out in advance?  It's been over a year, and it is definitely time to get back into it.  I think I'm going to stick with a week or two at a time, though.  So, here goes (today through the end of the month)!

October

24- Just me!  Leftovers, egg whites, grazing :)
25- Turkey Burgers (baked sweet potato fries; baked 'fried' pickles; salad)
26- Baked Chicken (broccoli; cabbage; salad)
27- Baked Tacos (salad)
28- HM Pizza (salad; brussels sprouts)
29- Cube Steak  (broccoli; squash; salad)
30- Egg Drop Soup w/ Shredded Chicken (cabbage; salad)
31- Buffalo Chicken Tacos (salad)

Menu for October 28th-November 3rd.

 

Monday-

Beef Enchilada's ( Filling taco meat cooked with onions and green peppers & cheese ), topped with lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream.

 

Tuesday-

Egg drop soup, Asian noodles with frozen stir fry vegetables and Egg rolls.

 

Wednesday-

Grilled pork chops, Hash brown potatoes with green peppers and onions with green beans on the side.

 

Thursday-

Goulash ( elbow macaroni, burger, tomato juice and onion), Homemade biscuits.

 

Friday-

Homemade pizza's.

 

Saturday-

Hot dogs & brats on the grill, Box Italian pasta salad doctored up and chips.

 

Sunday-

We pick that day.

Oops!  It's already tuesday :)

Monday: Baked Tacos (salad)
Tuesday: HM Pizza (brussels sprouts; salad)
Wednesday: Egg Drop Soup w/ Shredded Chicken (roasted cabbage; salad)
Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Tacos (salad)
Friday: Baked Chicken Breast (broccoli; roasted root veggies)
Saturday: Lasagna (garlic bread; salad)
Sunday: Dinner at church
