Happy Monday morning,
Lots of schools and colleges start today. My kids are both moving into their apartments this week but they work long hours each day right now until they move in. I'll try to help move them in while trying to juggle working most of the day as well. I'm taking Friday off to help my youngest get settled.
I've intentionally not purchased or made a lot of food since everyone is out during the meal times or they're moving out and I didn't want a lot of food to use up.
Tonight I'm making carrots and potato mash and then go visit my parents.
