I haven't posted in a while! I've had a busy time lately!
We're in the full swing of fall with football games, soccer games, school and church activities. It's all good!
I've been canning lately. I've done 10 quarts of peaches, a batch of chile sauce and today I will make salsa. I'd like to do some more peaches, and maybe more salsa, depending on how much I get from this current box.
Today, in addition to making the salsa, I need to do laundry and general house pickup. Those are the must-dos. I need to tweak my menu and shop in the freezer for what I need for this week. I need to make bread. I'd also like to get my van cleaned out and get started on garage cleanup. I've also got a list of smaller projects to do. Tonight when DH is home, we'll go to the local grocery store for the case lot sale and get what we need.
Dinner tonight is chicken alfredo shells, green salad and garlic bread.
