How about some ideas for January?  I'm ready to copy some of your ideas!  Merilee, you always have good menus so did you get yours made for January yet? Who else menu plans? Looking for some good easy meals for the month and I probably will try to use what I have in my freezer.

Alice: When my kids were home, I did so much better with menu planning!  I usually did it a month at a time.

Now, with our life being so unpredictable with hubby's job responsibilities, I don't plan as well.  It is one thing I want to get better at.  We are going to be out of town all weekend, so I will work on pulling a menu together when we get back.

We usually do soup on Tuesdays this time of year (weigh in is Wed.).  So, that gives me a start on what direction to go in.
I will get back to you after I make a plan!!

Maybe Merilee will be better help to you sooner!!

Mine isn't very exciting, since it seems I am always trying to use up what we have instead of grocery shopping.  Fridays are pizza nights and Saturdays are usually tacos or Mexican foods.

Smoked pork roast, squash dressing, collards, peas
Chicken pot pie
Lasagna, garlic rolls, salad
Chili
Leftover chili over baked potatoes
Pizza, salad
Chicken fajitas
Creamy chicken noodle soup
Crispy dill chicken sandwiches
Pinto beans, cornbread, cole slaw
Cube steak with gravy, biscuits, green beans
Spaghetti and meatballs, salad
Stromboli, salad
Tacos
Hamburgers, oven fries
"Fried" chicken (made in my air fryer), mashed potatoes, rolls
Potato soup
Philly cheese steak wraps
Slow cooker roast beef with carrots, onions, potatoes
Pizza, salad
Taco salad
Turkey burgers or black bean burgers
Chicken tenders, oven fries
Tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich
Pulled pork bbq sandwiches, baked beans
Sloppy joes, salad
Pizza
Bean & cheese quesadillas
Broccoli chicken casserole
Sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls
