February menu

Here is what I have planned.

Lentil chili
Baked potatoes topped with leftover chili, salad
Pizza, salad
Nachos with beans and guacamole
Smoked pork roast, green beans, roasted cauliflower
Sauteed pork and cabbage
Creamy bacon spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
Chicken cheese balls
Orange chicken or Sweet and sour chicken with rice
Pizza, salad
Taco salad
Hamburgers
Pinto beans, cornbread, slaw
Grilled chicken salad
Pulled chicken taco meat
BLT sandwiches
Pizza, salad
Fajitas
Big Mac salad
Bacon and ranch chicken
Cube steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, biscuits
Hot wings, salad
Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
Pizza, salad
Beefy bbq beans
Homemade crunchwrap supreme
Skillet lasagna, salad
General Tso's meatballs

I've planned A LOT of salads at my family's request.  I think we are craving fresh vegetables. ;D

I have a running list of things I can make with what I have on hand for the most part.  No determination of when each meal will be made, and I reserve the right to change my mind at any given time!!  ;)

Cajun Chicken and Rice
Burgers, oven baked fries
Oven fried chicken
Eggroll Skillet
Goulash
Biscuit Topped Casserole
Beef Noodle Soup
Veggie Bean Chili
Chorizo Rice & Bean Soup
Chicken Noodle (or rice) Soup
Tacos
Nachos
Chicken Burrito Skillet
Grilled Veggie Rice Bowls
Chicken Stir Fry
Korean Beef over Rice
Pizza x 2

This gives me a start to work with, and also room to be creative with leftovers to make a 2nd meal from them.

Hope to see more menus for us to get ideas from!

I'm keeping things really simple this month so I can clean out my freezer and pantry.

pork chops, potatoes, salad, fruit
sandwiches, veggie sticks/dip (twice)
cajun chicken rice bowls
tacos, spanish rice, refried beans
chicken, baked potatoes, peas and carrots, fruit
country potato chowder, biscuits
chicken fajitas, green chili rice
ham, mac and cheese, salad, fruit
chicken noodle soup, breadsticks
grilled steaks, potatoes n onions, salad, fruit
spaghetti, green salad, garlic bread
fiesta lime chicken, southwestern salad,  cilantro lime rice, fruit

That's the plan for the next 2 weeks.
