Sweet and sour meatballs
Oven roasted garlic chicken
Beans and cornbread

Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
Chicken enchiladas
Pork roast
Leftovers
Beefy barbecue beans
Sloppy Joes

All side dishes will be something I've canned, frozen, or grown in the garden.  All main dishes will be from the pantry and freezer.  April was an expensive month for us and I need to cut corners somewhere.

Looks like you have a great plan to tame your budget.

I need to take a look at planning a menu for May.  We have so many events scheduled, that I need to really work to plan around all of that.
