PM function not showing sent items

When I send a PM, it is not showing up under sent items, but it says message successfully sent immediately afterwards.  Are they going through?

You'd have to ask the person you sent them to.

Lindsay,

Are you checking the box below where you type your message that says "Save a copy in my outbox"?

I just sent a private message and I checked that box and it did show up in my sent folder.

Yeah Beth I did that.  It was my fault, I'm new to forum life and thought it showed up immediately in your sent mail just like regular e-mail, but evidently you have to wait until the person you sent it to opens it up. :)
