Flours for gluten free cooking
« on: September 11, 2017, 01:03:14 PM »
I have been reading the Trim Healthy Mama book and most of the stuff they bake is gluten free.  Those of you who cook gluten free, what is your flour of choice to use?

Sorry I am of no help with this.  I know nothing about the gluten free world.

I do know that Stephanie O'Dea of

 http://www.ayearofslowcooking.com/

has a gluten free home, so most of her recipes are either gluten free, or tell you how to adjust to make them gluten free.

I think www.skinnytaste.com is also fairly gluten free -- and all the recipes we have tried from her are amazing!

Hope you can get some answers to your original questions that are helpful!
