No specific order but these are things we have done or will do:

Taquitas
rice
refried beans
spaghetti
apple/bourbon pork tenderloin
pizza
fajitas
baked chicken
teriyaki chicken
homemade tomato soup
tater tot casserole
chicken/wild rice soup
taco soup

I don't have a lot of side dishes in mind. I really don't have much to choose from. I do have a few boxes of pasta and some varieties of rice and that is all. No potatoes and no boxed anything. If I at least get the main dish ready and that's all they get, well, then that is how it is going to be. I could do some apple/cinnamon sauteed apples or something since I don't even have applesauce. I do have a lot of cabbage and green beans in the freezer and butternut squash (in the freezer). At least we will have something. I can always bake a bread that will add something to the meal. I good with this arrangement.
