My homemaking challenge today is to get the laundry "caught up." Also, my DH was looking for cookies yesterday, and there were none.  :-[ So today is definitely a baking day as well. I've planned cookies, muffins (some for dinner and some to freeze for lunchboxes), and a double batch of granola bars.
