Hello Ladies:

Hope to see some of you visiting today. 

It has become quite cold in our area.  We really haven't had too hard of a winter so far, so we have been fortunate.  We don't have much snow, just the chilling temps right now. 

I am working on laundry today.  Shouldn't take me too long, as long as I stay focused!

I have pinto beans cooking for dinner.  I am making bbq jackfruit tacos.  Will probably do a side of rice and a vegetable.  We don't have any corn, and that is my go to for Mexican food, so will need to see what else is in the freezer. 

I have a book that I have been trying to get through, but need to pick that up again and see if I can get back into it.  I would like to be more deliberate about reading.  I tend to get "busy" with other things, and forget about taking time to read.  I really want to do more this year.
