Homemade Creamy Italian Dressing
« on: November 01, 2013, 07:27:01 AM »
I'm looking for a recipe for creamy italian salad dressing.

Does anyone have a recipe to share?

Mandy - I think I've found a keeper.   ;)  I mixed it up yesterday and Emily declared it a winner, so now I'll start making this instead of buying it.

I'll post it in the Recipe Box. :)

Thank you!  Do you think, instead of the 3/4 C mayo and 1/4 C sour cream, I could just substitute 1 full cup of plain greek yogurt?  It would be the same texture, still have the tang, but would have a lot fewer calories :)  Thoughts?

I hadn't thought of that, but I don't see why you couldn't.  If I had some yogurt here I'd give it a try.

If you make it this way, please let me know how it turns out. :)
