Castile Soap?
« on: December 30, 2013, 01:49:26 PM »
Hello ladies,

For Christmas, I received a book about natural household cleaners and such - making your own.
I'm originally from Germany, so there are still plenty of things I don't know yet! Not long ago, I finally figured out what "Mrs. Dash" is...! ;)

Many "recipes" called for liquid castile soap. I have no idea what that is... or what (brands) to look for. Somewhere else I heard "Dr. Bronner's" -- not familiar with that brand. Ah well...

Would that be something I can find in a regular store, or do I have to order online, or...? Where do I look? Any recommendations for brands?

You should be able to find Dr. Bronner's at a health food store or someplace like Whole Foods.  Also from Amazon...I am thinking I possibly saw it at Walgreen's, even.  That's the only brand I've bought.
