Thanks for starting this thread, Trudy!

Our breakfasts are muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, toast ... simple and quick because everyone is in a hurry in the mornings.

Lunches are usually sandwiches, fruit, chips, etc. or salads like pasta or vegetable salads.

Dinners (no order):
pizza rolls (tonight)
spaghetti
fish sticks
baked chicken & rice
beef & noodles
chili w/cornbread muffins
frozen pizza

These will be served with a vegetable, a starch, and sometimes a fruit. We've been having lots of applesauce since we were given apples.

Blessings,
Jennie

Our breakfasts are usually oatmeal or eggs, occasionally cereal.  Lunches are sandwiches or something else simple.

Suppers I have planned based mainly on ingredients already in the freezer/pantry -

chicken breasts grilled on the George Foreman, squash, green beans
Pasta salad
salmon patties, okra, creamed corn
tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
homemade pizza
hotdogs, baked beans
grilled steaks, baked potatoes, garlic bread

I was just working on my next two week menu and shopping list this morning.  My 2 week menu is from Sept 13-Sept 26

Breakfasts are steel cut oats, grits, eggs, pancakes, with fruit as a side.

Lunches are usually sandwiches or leftovers for me and Holden and Aaron if he's home.  Lainey, Caylon and Sam take lunchboxes.  For the last 2 weeks Lainey has wanted  a "deli plate" which is turkey, string cheese or cheese wedge, Ritz crackers, sliced cucumbers, bell peppers and celery and then a piece of fruit.  I usually send her about 10 milk chocolate chips, 10 white chocolate chips and a few mini marshmallows in a snack sized Ziploc for her "dessert".

Suppers for the next two weeks will be....

Quesadillas x 2 with chips and salsa (Friday nights)
Spaghetti and salad x 2 (Saturday nights)
Fried fish/hushpuppies and baked potatoes
Breakfast for supper x 2 (Monday nights)
Baked chicken fajitas
Soup sandwiches x 2(Wednesday nights)
Sweet potatoes and left-over meats
???? (need a "family style" meal for Sunday.  This will be from whatever reduced meat I find at the store)
Sunday School meeting---covered dish supper.  I will take Pioneer Woman's corn and a banana pudding.  Smoked chicken will be provided.
Frittata
???? The last night of the menu.  It will probably be leftovers to clean out the fridge for the next day's grocery shopping trip.

That's it!!  2 weeks worth.  Whew.  8)

Maleesa, I do make them from scratch.  The cans of crab I buy have a recipe on them but I am sure you could google one.  I can't quite remember it off the top of my head but it is mostly crab, mayo, Old Bay, a little bit of breadcrumb I think and maybe an egg?  Helpful aren't I?!?
