Cookie dough in the bread machine
« on: March 29, 2014, 10:58:07 AM »
I was looking at Zojirushi bread machines online, and their small machine has a cookie/pasta dough setting. How cool is that! Is there any standard setting that would be close to this?

Thanks!

I wonder if you could just use the "dough only" setting but take it out as it starts the rise time?

I have a Zojirush and love it, but it may be an older one b/c it doesn't have that setting.  I picked it up on craigslist a few years back for $10 or something like that.  Forgot about it for awhile and just found it again in the garage a few months ago and put it back in action.  I like the traditionally-shaped loaves it makes.

I am also thinking the dough setting and that should work for cookie dough? I have a kitchen aid mixer so I do not need it but sure would have been handy before I had one.
