Bobbie: I use Clariol Nice and Easy.
It has 3 different tones, so sometimes that makes the gray blend a little better.
I could probably apply every 4-5 weeks, but usually don't get around to it until it is really driving me crazy at about the 6-7 week mark!
I do leave it on a little longer than is suggested, so that might help a little bit too.
