Mandy - I think I've found a keeper.
I mixed it up yesterday and Emily declared it a winner, so now I'll start making this instead of buying it.

Thank you! Do you think, instead of the 3/4 C mayo and 1/4 C sour cream, I could just substitute 1 full cup of plain greek yogurt? It would be the same texture, still have the tang, but would have a lot fewer calories

I hadn't thought of that, but I don't see why you couldn't. If I had some yogurt here I'd give it a try.
