I forgot to do this yesterday, but maybe we'll take Sundays off. I'm not always on before church then, anyway.
Of course, eggs go into so many baked goods, but I'm thinking here of uses as a main dish or side or at least as an ingredient in those.
-as themselves, fried, scrambled, baked, or boiled
-in omelets
-in frittata
-in quiche
-in egg salad
-in potato salad
-in fried rice
-boiled and sliced in chicken potpie--I don't usually do this but have had it that way and it's pretty good
-boiled and sliced or chopped on a salad
-scrambled ones mixed in with fried potatoes, cheese, and bacon bits as a meal
I feel like I must be forgetting something but that's all I can think of for now.
